LAND USE COMMUNITY FORUM

As part of implementing the 2013 Comprehensive Plan, the Planning Board is studying potential land use strategies that could be appropriate for the Newfield community. This community forum will be an opportunity to:
- Learn about growth patterns in Newfield over the past two decades;
- Learn about different types of land use regulations available to the Town (including site plan review, subdivision review, and zoning regulations)
- Provide the Planning Board with your thoughts, concerns and ideas on land use and land use issues.
2 opportunities to participate: 10:00 am – Noon, and 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm*
Refreshments Will Be Served
A follow up meeting will take place on Saturday April 23, 2016 to present pros and cons of each land use as it pertains to Newfield
