Notice of Public Hearing
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be convened by the Town of Board of the Town of Newfield February 9, 2023 at 6:00 pm at the Newfield Fire Hall, 77 Main Street, Newfield NY 14867 regarding the adoption of proposed Local Law no. 3 of the year 2023: A LOCAL LAW IMPOSING A TEMPORY TOWN-WIDE ONE YEAR MORATORIUM ON CAMPGROUNDS. (Proposed law is located HERE)
Residents of the Town of Newfield are entitled to be heard upon the proposed Local Law at said hearing. Copies of the proposed Local Law are available for review at the Town Clerk’s office or the Town Website: www.newfieldny.org.
Please Note: that because of the location change to the Newfield Fire Hall NO ZOOM OPTION will be available for this session.
