PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be convened by the Planning Board of the Town of Newfield on January 7, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Town Hall, 166 Main Street, Newfield NY regarding the Site Plan Review for a project at Sapphire Farms, 620 Shaffer Road, Newfield.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Environmental Significance of the proposed project may be reviewed by the Planning Board of the Town of Newfield incident to and is part of this Public Hearing.
Any Resident of the Town of Newfield is entitled to be heard upon at this hearing.
