The Newfield town website is clean and healthy.

Just to quell any rumors to the contrary, this site is virus free and all links should be working.  Back in February, I was notified that the site was advertising a payday loan site.  (This was not a “virus”, but simply injected code which sent the user to another website.)   I took the site down immediately, changed all the passwords, reinstalled the software, restored from a backup and got most links working with 24 hours.  More recently, we corrected an issue that resulted in some missing board minutes and agendas from the site.  All should be working 100% now.  –Linda
